Posted By TimALoftis 1 month, 1 week ago in SportsA wild shakeup in the AP Top 25 college football rankings has shot the Texas Longhorns up to the #1 spot following their 45-35 victory over then #1 Oklahoma Sooners on Saturday while the idle Alabama Crimson Tide remain at #2 in the Week 7 poll.
Penn State climbed up three spots after crushing Wisconsin 48-7 and now sit at #3, replacing the Missouri Tigers who were stunned by Oklahoma State. Missouri tumbled to #11 while Oklahoma State jumped nine spots to #9.
