I have to seriously disagree with #21. He is a chickenhawk and should not be on this list. A wuss IMO.
What has he won in Iraq and Afghanistan? We are still fighting those wars.

I am not "Neo Con" or an apologist. In saying Donald Rumsfeld was a Naval aviator. He has extensive military exeprience. I do not what being a "Chickenhawk" entails in your opinion but I would submit that actual military service excludes him from that title. As a former military man my myself with 10 years in the infantry I have great respect for any aviator. Without them my job would been a lot tougher. You do not have to like the man on a personal level or agree with his actions (I don't like a lot of things he has done) But try refrain from the personal attacks. Does everything on this damn site have to turn into political debate!

Everything Rumsfeld has done for this country as a serviceman has been voided by his clear dereliction of duty in Iraq. I don't feel sorry for this man. Don't respect him either. You lie to the American people you get your just rewards.
William Calley probably served his country honorably up to the point he entered the village of My Lai. That certainly does not justify his actions.
The last thing we need to do is excuse the actions of these men. Rumsfeld is one of the rare few neo-cons that actually served. That might make him a little better than the rest of the pond scum he hangs with like Cheney, but not much.

Brett Favre the toughest?? Are you kidding me?? I think if I had a vicodin supply like he has over the years I could probably play through all the pain he has endured and then some.
But I will say that even putting Hillary Clinton in the same list as Brett is a complete joke. Hillary is a complete pushover for letting Bill stick around.

C'mon, if this list is missing Chuck Zito, it's just plain wrong. Read the interview at http://www.philipcarlo.com/chuckzito.shtml and decide for yourself.
